The Career Path
Our VP of Business Development ("VP") supervises and coordinates the affairs of the company recruiting and institutional department, as assigned. They may handle duties ranging from training new hires to preparing department initiatives. This professional will have at least a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related business field, such as; economics, finance, marketing, or communications.
Required Education: Bachelor's degree in business-related field.
Other Requirements: Strong leadership skills and ability to perform a wide range of duties, FINRA licensed or license eligible.
Compensation: Performance salary plus expense account.
The VP originates and leads the practices and objectives that will provide a partnership-oriented; high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards; goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior environment.
The VP is responsible for the development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organization's business goals.
The VP coordinates the implementation of people-related services, policies, and programs; reports to the CEO; and assists and advises company managers about organizational issues.
