The ideal candidate is a detailed oriented individual who is able to multi-task, is an excellent team player, and has great communication skills. This individual will work as part of the Business Development team, which is responsible for developing and executing the firm’s strategic growth initiatives. This position is a highly visible leadership role that is responsible for developing and leading the overall strategy and execution of the Talent Acquisition Process and Institutional Services Model.
Required Education: Bachelor's degree in business-related field.
Other Requirements: Strong leadership skills and ability to perform a wide range of duties, FINRA licensed or license eligible.
Compensation: Performance salary plus expense account.
This position will focus on the capabilities of the Institutional Services Unit by utilizing a consultative marketing approach with current and prospective RIA, Family Office & Bank Trust clients.
Identify opportunities that will maximize market penetration and increase customer loyalty; Develop and deepen partnership opportunities within the Firm; Plan and execute targeted product campaigns in coordination with team members; Utilize technology and third-party databases to analyze data and identify strategic market opportunities; Ensure collaboration across the organization, maximizing synergies within other channels of firm.
